I apologize for being so late with my referral letter. For a retired person I don’t know how I can be so busy.

To any prospective client of Marcio’s I would like to express my extreme satisfaction with his professionalism before, during and after the installation of our granite countertop. My wife and I researched granite countertop installation all over Central Florida and were disappointed with the clarity of doing business with other vendors. We might observe a specific cost per sq/ft but when the total job was quoted the dollars per sq/ft totaled more than twice that amount. It was not so with A+. Marcio itemized his quote and told me that if I wanted to perform any of the tasks such as dismantling the old counter top or providing the sink he would deduct that amount from the contract. His honesty and openness in this regard made me very comfortable doing business with him. Marcio was meticulous in getting our approval and signoff before moving on to the next step of the contract. He makes sure that there are no misunderstandings before making irreversible steps.

When it came time to take measurements on site they treated our home with a great deal of care and cleaned up very well afterward. The same was true when they arrived and removed the old counter top and installed the new one. When the job was complete our cost was exactly what was quoted.

In all, I am very happy with our working experience and overjoyed at the beauty of the installation.

Initially, we got attracted to A+ Granite & Marble Works based on the reasonable advertising price for granite counter tops.

Once we met the friendly and truly professional experts behind the name, we decided to get into a contract for kitchen remodeling.

During the project, my wife made several changes and needed advice on selections of sinks and faucets.
